Ok...so I have lost track. You have basalt black on black, a GT silver on expresso, and a GT. silver on black with 4K miles soon coming back to you correct?

I am certainly in favor of a loaded turbo; I did the same with my last build. However, I wonder what makes someone check all the boxes and decide to exclude park assist and PAS? Maybe park assist is standard despite it showing up on the web site as an option? Clearly this GT silver with deviating stitching is a luxury build and those of us willing to spend that kind of crazy money for a turbo are particular about the options. I would have been interested but it would irritate me to no end to spend $218 and not have the car "my way."

I predict the 991 turbo sales will fall off rapidly. I believe the 997 turbo was Porsche's most successful turbo of all time. Porsche always seems to pull it off with each new model, but I am actually considering a MP4-12C after 9 911s over the past 20 years. Once you are over 200k other vehicles start to enter the realm for comparison.

Park Assist is standard on the Turbo S and when this car was built the back up camera was not an option but was added after this build had locked. I will post up some pictures shortly fella's!

All this financial analysis is interesting. I should get my 991TT this week. My 997TT wasn't equal to my 991S IMHO much less the new turbo. Mine is 166K which is 50K less than the car above.

My 458 is similar in approach to the MP12C. Different horses for different courses. (no pun intended) The 991TT will be usefull for some things that I would not use the 458 for.

Porsche sells alot more turbos than McClaren sells MP12Cs but relative to everything else not that many.

They have always been expensive and of questionable price "value". My 08 turbo had a list of 134K.

The demand for 150K plus toys has never been that large.
