I have one of these on order. I was pretty sure it would not disappoint. The 458 they compare it to is at least a 100K more. 458 is a great car. I own one, but it in no way diminishes what a 911 turbo is. Can't wait.

I agree. The press has nothing to compare the 991 TT S, or no S, to so you have to compare it to much more expensive, less frequently drivable machines that require significantly more maintenance and less pure driving enjoyment because they are special use cars. I love going to the garage and pulling out everyday in my car looking forward to the experience regardless of weather, or length of drive, or purpose of drive like just going to the office.

I would like to see a comparison to a 997 Turbo S. Especially one with a tune and exhaust.

If I already owned a '12 Turbo S, I would wait. You gotta know that there will be some higher performance versions coming.
