Default Turbo Lease Rates Wanted

Spoke with my dealer last week and I was told the residuals and money factor for the 991 turbo should be available soon...anyone else have lease rate information?

Also curious what the maximum amount you can residualize.

NADA estimated Depreciation and Finance charges for 2012 Turbo using base MSRP of $138,450
should give you some idea of leasing cost which will vary by term of lease and 2014 MSRP + options.

Thanks for the link...check my numbers! Using the same rate of depreciation adjusted for 2014 prices I get a residual value (36 months) of 58%...assuming 1)money factor of .002, 2) car price of 166K, 3) 6.5% sales tax, 4) no cap reduction...I get a monthly lease payment of $2062

You will not see a residual that high on turbo. My best guess is 52%. C4S cabs are leasing close to 2K/month. Turbo will be much higher imo

That's smart of you not to pay the early adopter tax. I hope this turbo is killer.

I think the depreciation est. by nada is too low. Porsche will swamp the market with 991 Turbo S models (no exclusivity like prior S versions) and will surely a produce gen. 2, mabye 3 model. I'd suggest a 1st year depreciation on a $184 MSRP with $20K options of $50K.

Residuals:

911 Turbo Coupe:
24 months
10,000 miles
63%

911 Turbo Coupe:
36 months
10,000 miles
56%

911 Turbo S Coupe:
24 months
10,000 miles
60%

911 Turbo S Coupe:
36 months
10,000 miles
53%

Add 1% for 7500 miles and 2% for 5000 miles for the ultra low mile programs. $3200 a month is the typical lease deal for 24 months, $2700 a month for 36 months.....
