Default Coolant Reservoir Tank

I just checked the coolant level and had a question, do all reservoir tanks look like this? The bottom of the tank is a murky orange.

I had never checked the coolant level until today and I almost had a heart attack. I thought oil was mixing in with the coolant and making it this color. To confirm, I grabbed a lil hose and pulled a lil bit of coolant out and it was clear pink, like it should be.

Yes, normal, but you are a little low. I don't think I've ever seen the little swivel before.

Could be a dumb question but wondering if someone has a concrete answer...what's the difference between Coolant Additive and Antifreeze/Coolant from Porsche?

My local dealer sold me 1 liter of Coolant Additive (part 000-043-304-73) but coming home I realized that the parts list calls for part number 000-043-305-15 (Liter) or 000-043-305-75 (gallon). Im wondering if I can use what I picked up from the dealer.
