Default Easy cabin filter replacement - saved $150 at least

Cabin filter housing to the left…you can see dirty white filter below lid

Plastic clips

25,572 or 4 plus years in Atlanta driving conditions..

Easy to check before changing - it curves in…

Under glovebox insulation cover - 3 plastic screws

Interior filter housing cover - 3 clips to undo

Insulation cover under glovebox

Sliding filter out

Dirty enough to change…originals made by Behr…

Easier space wise and with slotted plastic screws to use a quarter…and hopefully you can use your left hand

Flexible at 68…..tip….have new filter with you so you don’t have to get out and reposition yourself…and use a smartphone light))Bought OEM filters on Amazon…..saved at least $ 110 on parts and probably $100 on labor at dealer…

Doing yoga helps for the interior one but no reason to have dealer charge you 10 times the cost for replacement of both.

I replace the frunk filter every year. It's cheap and makes for less crap to the cabin filter.

Sympathy rub from the wife.....)

Have to say, there is no longer any musty odor on AC start-up after car sitting, I.e., for a few weeks. Changing them makes a difference........
