I think Vivid Racing sold me a open box X-pipe, missing parts, poor Customer Service

Recently purchased an Soul Performance X-pipe from Vivid Racing. I've purchased directly from Soul in the past but a friend recommended I go through Vivid as they'd had good experiences. When I looked at the X-pipe on the site it said low stock. I've purchase Cats from Soul before so I expected a good 6 weeks before I'd see the X-Pipe (build to order) which was fine. Placed the order and a few days later received a shipping notification from Vivid. I was surprised but really happy. Box arrived a bit flimsy, but had Soul branded tape sealing it and it sat in my front room. Worked out getting it installed and received a call from the friend doing the install telling me the Mikalor clamps were missing. I didn't have 2nd person to bring the parts over so moved the box to the living room, unpacked it, put the small parts in the trunk and wrapped the x-pipe itself in a blanket and stuck it my passenger seat.
The box was still in the living room and I knew there was nothing in it but packing material but I checked... and sure enough nothing.
Tried to hop on the phone with Vivid phone system was acting up (they confirmed the next day they were having issues), Chat was backed up... nothing. Called Soul who answered immediately like they usually do and explained the situation. Soul said that Vivid hadn't even ordered an X-pipe from them in months but that according to their records the last X-pipe Vivid ordered was shipped to someone in MD and then returned (coincidently I'm in MD as well). Anyway paid to have Soul overnight me the clamps. My friend finished install and said it would be fine for now just don't do anything wild.
Called Vivid the next day, couldn't get through again.
Send them an email where I briefly explained the situation, received 1 response which 1 responded to. Hopped on Chat and was told yes they've been having phone system issues. I explained the missing clamp and what I had to do to get it from Soul (Vivid never acknowledged the part was missing BTW). When I mentioned what Soul said about receiving orders from Vivid their response was (and I saved the chat so I could have it verbatim). "we do not directly deal with Soul Performance and we have ordered these from another vendor who deals with soul performance." Received another response via email and directed them to the chat history. In the end I asked them via the chat to do something to make this right, maybe send me an air filter heck I'm going to have to do that replacement at some point... and was told I would hear back.
Nothing so far.
I'll go back to dealing directly with Soul if I need to acquire Soul parts in the future.

+1 they have a terrible reputation out here in Phoenix. From Viper people to the local AMG club.

+1 for another Vivid sucks experience. Had bad experiences with them dating back to 09/10.
There is little to no reason ordering parts from a 3rd party middle man.

Last Spring, I ordered a piggyback tune from VR for my 991.2 Turbo.
When my shop tried to install it, they found it had a wiring harness with non-Porsche connectors.
It took longer than it should back and forth with their Customer Service, but finally was able to return it for a full refund.
