Same here. Such phenomenal cars but thinking the exhaust may need a touch-up.

I'm disturbed by how accurately this applies to me. After going through exactly this metamorphosis, I reflect on and cringe at all the bandwidth I wasted in this forum passionately advocating my own restraint on most mods with the view to 'leave well enough alone', only to contradict myself shortly thereafter. Today my views are more like 'time to go off the deep end and just do everything because YOLO!!!'

LOL! Embarrasing but this exactly details me too!
This is the reason why I let the Nismo go because I would have destroyed the value with the mods that I would have done.

Pssssttt.. Hey? You? Wanna exhaust?

No. I’m fine.

Seriously, you should try an exhaust. All the cool 991s have them.

No, really, I’m fine with the stock exhaust.

Hey, listen. You can always quit and go back to stock. It’s easy; just a couple of bolts.

I started this tread thinking that all I notice are posts concerning modifications (or, gulp, repairs). While my question was serious, I've had a great time reading the responses. But even the "stockers" feel a subtle pressure to, uh, CHANGE SOMETHING. As I have....
