The Trackhawk is a straight line appliance. I wouldn't expect it to be a canyon carver.

One is a truck, one is a car. The truck is a 5700lb SUV like thing with a large motor stuck in it.
The TTs is a refined sports car, evolving to its current state of being over the last 46 years...
This would be like me saying, 'My 900hp F450 is similar to my TTs'... It simply, isn't, irrespective of how fast the 450 is.

"Thing"... nice. Yeah, that "thing" is more comfortable than the TTS, handles more people and stuff than the TTS, and can go places that TTs most definitely cannot.
We aren't talking about how refined a car is, or how large it is.. Original poster said they are fast. And that they are. I said with light mods they are equal (I meant equally fast). That statement is true. The fact that they go about it in very disparate ways is what makes them fascinating.

My SUV 'thing' is a Suburban RST, it is fast too, but I would never compare it to a car, as it is a truck.
It is more comfortable, carries many people and has been setup to go off road - again, as it is a truck.
I appreciate the clarification on the comparison of speed, and the TH is a fast truck, as it is a truck that has been built to be fast on the street, but I would question its ability to go off road on anything more than an improved road.
The RST, as delivered to me, was a truck masquerading as a soccer mom street station wagon - the 22" wheels went, downsized to 20" wheels with off road tyres and lifted - it is now a truck, capable of truck duties as the 22" tyre and wheel package couldn't drive out of a puddle let alone go off road, similar to how a TH is delivered I would suspect.
Folks that buy TH's are not really using them seriously off road; I haven't seen a jacked, mud tyred one running around, so it seems logical (to me at least) it was not really designed to operate in such a manner. Likewise for the TTs; I have seen safari 996s that are truck like, but they're really just cars masquerading as wannabe trucks.
So with that analysis, maybe it is comparable to the TTs...

What is a Track Hawk? The video was dark and it was really hard to see. Is it an SUV of some sort? Did it beat the TTS in the race?

Jeep grand cherokee with the hellcat engine. 700hp. I assume this one is a little modded though because i think they are supposed to run 11.7 stock.

the trackhawk is no joke, esp when it's modded. (that's in a straight line)
my friend has a low ten trackhawk but I'd still prefer to be in my TTS.
the dodge demons/hellcats are "F" you engines, you rev it, it say "F" you, you punch it, it says "F" you.
our porsches are more like silent assassins. we kill and we do it just a bit quieter.
my friend with a hellcat redeye with 888R's all around tried to follow me in the canyons once and he thought i was on a death mission. LOL! i told him i wasn't even pushing it.
