sometimes its the little things....
had some fresh xpel installed on the car to replaced the yellowed xpel the original owner had put on (luckily I had the warranty card)
and also had them install some gloss black emblems.
next is a lithium battery, Alcantara console lid, and a few other odds and ends.

I used automobilia auto Solon out of west haven. There are only 2 xpel installers in ct, both are down south. I usually have 3m installed on all my vehicles but this car came with xpel and had the warranty card with it. Both Films offer 10 year warranty. I feel the 3m is a better “deal” but both are very nice. They will both yellow after some time so I would get whatever is closer to you and an installer
thats easy to do warranty claims through.
if you would rather stay local they I use protection plus out of East longmeadow mass. I then us Rs auto detailing for everything else. Both great guys.

I did consider working with Automobilia.
For my Audi I used M&M Auto Detailing out of Glastonbury for a 3m install.
I agree, I'd probably stay more local.
They did a very nice job on the Audi.
The TTS has film now, not sure which brand, but I'd probably have them do it once it's time to replace it.

had the car detailed and decided to swap the new wheels. the bronze has grown on me. its just a drag setup for fun runs in Mexico and the track.
pay no attention to the missing front trim... im replacing it with the aero kit piece along with RS side trim. will be dropping it off at the painters on Monday. think im doing body color instead of black... anyone have any input? im torn. im figuring ill do body color and if I want to see what black looks like I have a friend that wraps cars.
while swapping the wheels I got a good look at just how clean this car really is. im so happy with the purchase and truly feel I was sold an amazing example. pictures do it no justice. looks showroom clean in person.

That looks good - I left my skirts black as I figure they will get beaten up.

Great looking Turbo. What a way to start off your Porsche experience. Good for you. I have a C2S and will be upgrading to a turbo in the next few months. Thanks for the pics. I never get tired of looking at a 911.
happy new year

Very nice setup, congrats!
Can you tell me what you did to get the 19’s to fit in the rear? I picked up a set of 19” OZ for some MT tires but when I tried to test fit they hit the brake shield. Did you trim it or remove it? Alsonoticed the suspension arm might be in the way?
Did you install the Lithium battery yet? Curious to see how you like it. I had nothing but problems with mine and ended up returning it unfortunately.
