Just signed the bill of sale on a 2015 tts cab with all my must haves covered with 9k miles. If everything goes as planned, I’ll pick it up on Friday. Excited!

I recently purchased this 2014 Turbo S and it’s hands down the best sports car I have ever owned (coming from a C8 most recently). The ease that this car accelerates is mind blowing. I agree that it doesn’t have a loud enough bark (can be fixed) For my taste but it has a MASSIVE bite.
I would recommend getting an ECU tune at a minimum immediately after you purchase. It will wake the car up and the transmission will be as crisp as anything out there. I hope this helps good luck on your search!

I was in a similar situation a few months ago except I was debating wether I should get a 997.2 or 991.1 S so I understand how hard it is and I can only imagine how much harder it became when everyone chimed in. I never considered a 991.2 or 992 because I wanted an NA engine. It's my first P car and I figured they made plenty of the newer ones and I could always upgrade later. I didn't have as many choices as you might have because I was also only interested in MT.
My recommendation is to reach out to the local PCA and go to their next meet. I'm sure there will be a variety of P - cars with very helpful knowledgeable guys/gals who will show you the differences and may even offer you the chance to drive one.
Good luck!
