So... who has the APR 991.2 Tune?
#46
experience of doing drag numbers or track experience can either support this or not.

Ok thanks. Ya I wondered if they raised the max psi on the .2.

I found it for everyone. Go to Page 105 of the 991.2 Manual under Driving Modes. In the picture you will see 20 PSI under "Using the Sport Response Mode." Porsche doesn't overtly advertise it more than likely because of safety,
but with the experienced driver on a track or quarter mile drag, I'm sure it could be reached. Like I said before on normal driving roads I just don't think it's safe enough to approach that limit.
And in the long run you don't need it outside of a track, but for those for whom it matters, it's tucked away deep within the Porsche DNA awaiting to be unleashed for those willing to test its limits.

I have seen the dash show 1.3 BAR at the track many times. I can feel my car pulling and adding power - I believe that the ECU is actually opening and closing the throttle independent of my foot. The tunes in fact stop some of this - Porsche did, in some ways, de-tune this car for production safety.

I had an APR tune on my Audi S8 omg it was awesome and smooth! I also had an APR tune on my 18 Porsche Cayman GTS and that was just amazing. The Cayman just woke up and turned into a damn monster. The exhaust was louder the throttle response was much better the GAS MILEAGE went up over 2 MPG! I have been waiting for APR to come out with the 991.2 TT tune and it looks like they finally did. I am truly excited to get it done. With the headers and high performance downpipes I installed it should rock.

We have 991.2 Turbo S Software. 991.2 Turbo software is being released shortly. Just wrapping up a few marketing details, getting files ready, and things like that.
