Great looking car. Love the interior. Beautiful looking car. Glad you found your car on the floor specced to your desires. Enjoy.

Thanks all for the comments!

The first week with the car was amazing--it is simply good at everything. The Bose system is adequate for my needs. I'm sure the Burm is better, and I'm still surprised they didn't check the box in what is otherwise a pretty high spec car, but I'm content. I couldn't be happier though with the rest of the color combo and options, both interior and exterior. Have already gotten a bunch of compliments on the Chalk and two tone interior...

I have a set of winter tire/wheels coming tomorrow. I have always done my own wheel swaps with my prior cars, but these are my first center locks. I am debating whether or not to get my own tools and do it myself or to let the dealership store and swap. I am familiar with what is needed to do it myself. My dealer charges a $100 one time (for as long as you own the car) fee to store your second set, which includes the Porsche tire bags, then like $120 per swap.

I am curious, of those here who swap into winter tires seasonally, do you do it yourself or have the dealer store/swap?

Chris

Welcome back! I have a very similar build on a 2018, but with the Burm. I have the dealer swap and store my tires. It's a great winter car - had it out at 22-below this past winter!

I like your interior very much. Had I seen what that looked like in person before I ordered, I might have ordered it. My spec is similar but chalk/graphite blue inside. I went full out monochromatic though.

LOVE the spec.

Will need special wheels to go with the rest. I was never a fan of the stock center locks.

I think the gt3 center locks are really nice or the HREs. Or the wheels Dr. Chill has.

I don't have the equipment for CL swaps so I pay the dealer twice a year. But that offer of $100 to store them is worth it even if you pay $240 each year for them to swap it. That's like getting an extra bonus room in the garage.
