looks like you may need a new AWD control unit. What year? They had a recall on this unit.

Dont fix it, get a tune that bypasses the power management to keep you in sports plus and you now have a bargain GT2RS

That intellectual property shall cost 100 sheckles

*update* Since I bought my tts second hand I wasn't sure if the control unit recall had been completed. Dealer confirmed I had this recall done back in 2015. Sooo they went on with further diagnosis and I got an answer today.

The pressure sensor for the front differential had failed. To replace this sensor requires dropping the differential and replacing it through an access tunnel. This also requires replacing the fluid as well. So sensor, fluid, labor, tax quote is $3,200.

Yeah after my dealer was screwing around with the diagnosis that is also what they concluded
Pressure sensor needed to be replaced and fluid replaced
Picking up my car on Monday

If it was a recall why are you being charged.? Did the dealer miss the recall? Mine was done a while back when the notice came out.
