Fabspeed exhaust install questions
Hey all,
I bought a Fabspeed exhaust second hand.... it was way too good of a deal to pass up.
So of course it didnt come with instructions....
So I have a few questions.
1) do you need to take off the bumper to install it?
- if so, how hard or long does it take to remove the bumper?
2) most of it appears to install with band clamps, but i am wondering if I can have it welded when installed?
(i am sure I can, the real question is when it is mounted and if welded, will that make the removal (if needed) alot harder or impossible)
3) is there any way to clean out the cats? I dont want to gut them (unless you guys have found it provides more power.... so far I have researched that exhausts with cats actually do better on these cars than cars with straight pipes) but I am wondering if maybe I could power wash them out before i put them on and that would make the cats like new again? is this possible without hurting anything?
Thanks in advance

Do not wash the cats. Use as is or buy bypass pipes. If they are FabSpeed cats they are high flow and high quality.
