Any concern on this 991.2 tts for sale?
Looking at a 2017 sapphire blue 2017 tts that was an executive demo with 14.4K miles on it. It is a CPO but has been sitting at the dealer for over a year. Should there be any concern with the high miles?

Nice car, good price you can negotiate down probably $5-7K.......mileage is not excessive......ask to see service records........you might have them replace brake pads as a sweetener for you.........and any wheel rash, etc.....

The vin listed and pictures don’t match the text description. Either mistakes or fishy.
Rusnak has ... history .... with me. I wouldn’t buy anything from them.
If this car pushes all your buttons, have it inspected, carefully, by a third party.
And expect that none of the required CPO inspections or services was, or will be, done.

When I began looking for my car 14-16 months ago - there were 17 cars in this exact color and configuration for sale at various Porsche dealers - the market has gradually absorbed them. I can't speculate on why Porsche built so many duplicate cars and offloaded them to market at once. Most were priced around $165k and seemed to move at around $155k.

assuming a 7% discount off MSRP, this car depreciated roughly 12K a year the first two years. Considering the average depreciation slows after the first 3 years, I think you’re right.

I looked at an identical build and color in West Palm Beach that sold 6 months ago for $155. The only issue was no PPF and lots of nicks and minor scratches. These Executive cars are not treated as nicely as those from owners who actually pay for the car themselves.
I wouldn't buy without seeing it for yourself first.

Porsche experience center car
Beware. It is VERY that this car was used at the Porsche experience center. I looked for my 2017 for over a year and found many cars that had no carfax record until they were certified. As I did my search about 1/3 of dealers would confirm that a car had been used at PEC while the other 2/3 would give me vague answers (it was likely just a demo, we have no info). If I was buying a cpo car I would want to make sure it was sold to a regular owner. Yes it has cpo but if it was abused for 14k miles I would be concerned.

when I went to the Porsche experience center they said the cars are eventually sold through dealers, but they are required to tell the buyer that the car was previously used at the Porsche experience center, for what thats worth

I wonder if "executive demo" in sales guy language means it was a PEC car? I was looking at one last week and the sales guy was telling me it was an executive demo that hadn't been titled yet. Now I know to ask point blank if it was used as a PEC car 👍
