Default 991.1 TTS Track Tires & Wheels

I just found out there is a track event at the local road course this week end. If I can get it together to go this weekend I don't want to run my street tires, and was wondering what the best tires would be for a 2014 TTS and in what size? Also any good ideas on wheels? I suppose BBSs would be a place to start. Ordering everything from the local tire rack would be expedient.

Thanks

Oz center lock wheel is a good start.
IT's fairly cheap. 3300 a set. It's very strong. I used them for 3 years now on the track." assume you don't do something terribly wrong and hit all high apex which you shouldn't hit them anyway.
the new cup 2 is a good start.
If you start getting into it. you can then go for forgeline or bbs or whatever 19inches wheel front and back. so you have more selection on tires and also cheaper.

Trofeo R 245/305 on 20” and the OZ wheels in 20”.

Flush brake fluid with Castrol SRF, install 991.2 GT2RS brake pads.

Thanks for the info. I'm just going to run the tires/wheels I have this weekend. I do need to flush out and change my brake fluid.

What's different about those brake pads? I have ceramic rotors.
