Absolutely not...you will only regret that as the loss of performance will be noticeable, not to mention you'll be driving around in an 'average' 911 after owning a Turbo. I couldn't do it.

3 of my 4 911s were MT cars. My current TTS is obviously a PDK. I believe that in a Turbo PDK is better choice. However, I like manuals to a point I always have one in my garage.
So for the OP changing from a Turbo to a 991T with a MT IMO made more sense on a trade-off since less power is somewhat compensated by a MT fun.
