Default Cobb Stg 2 and catless

I can't think of a better word to describe the car now than.. VIOLENT.!

As soon as I can data log, Sam @By Design is going to refine my tune. So far, no CEL with the cat delete pipes. No doubt it'll show up soon, though. [Edit: CEL light is now ON]

Oh, and the exhaust sound. Still quieter than most would like, but you can hear it now, even at cruise.. In Sport Plus mode, it really crackles.

Thanks, Sam!

Sam is trying to get me to go with Stage 2 and catless (right Sam?) for track use. What's the resolution on the CEL, and are you seeing any flames? I gotta drive this thing to my house on occasion, and can't have it shooting flames in the neighborhood. Also, did you do intercoolers, or just the tune and catless?

LOL
Hi Randy. Give me a call I can go over the latest updates with you. It’s definitely for off-road use only in most states. Depending on your requirements you can run with sport catalytic’s as well but I can go over the other little details with you anytime. Cheers

CEL light has been turned off.

I’m not seeing any flames, but if they happen it would only be in Sport +, in the other modes it’s about like stock.

No intercoolers. I’m out of town and don’t have access, but the logs never showed a real increase in inlet temps (I’ll have to reverify that), so I assume, at least in my case those aren’t really needed. Yet.

Yeah you should be OK. I don’t push them too hard without so the car is happy and consistent. Especially in this cold weather but by adding them we could turn things up a little if desired. That’s one of the cool things about the stages you have options for whenever you want.
