I am contemplating buying a 991.2 TTS convertible (again). There aren't many for sale and I'm particular with my colors/options. I like checking every normal box save for some of the optional leather bits. Does anyone know - is ordering done for these given the impending 992? Am I foolish to even build/buy a new one given the 992? I live in Kansas and feel like the dealer here doesn't get much in the way of allocations (compared to when I lived in Dallas) and the sales guy doesn't seem hungry when I emailed him. Just looking for feedback on whether I am stuck looking for a used one, watching new dealer inventory or if I could, in fact, still order a new one or if I have to wait until 992 (and my guess is that is 12-18 months out?)?

I don't think they are done, just hard to come by. My car is my due in this week and I just happened to be at the right place at the right time. Check with some dealers and try to secure a build.
