Getting the front put on now. They used nitrogen for the 1st time too but I can’t see that causing an issue. I have about 200 miles now and on off ramps at 15 over posted speed limits, the car is literally fitting me and loosey goosey. And yes that’s a technical terms according to my kids

Well, after some somewhat limited driving but a couple of good on/off ramps with the new front tires........NO TC light. Car feels tight AF and back to its old self.

Glad it worked out. Based on your reports and the final resolution, I would guess that the problem wasn't with the new rear tires. Instead, the better traction of the rears compared to the down-to-the-bars worn fronts probably was read as a difference in traction of the fronts slipping compared to the rears, and the system was reading that difference to flash the light.

Hi There,

Was your TC light flash and brakes on its own? I have the same issue since I changed my rear tires back in Dec. my front tires now have 5mm and rear have 6mm.

Thanks dc7391,

The issue went away after I replaced my front tires as well. Same here my front tires also have a lot left. = ( I would gone with PS4s if I knew I had to change all at once.

I am very curious, is that mean we have to change all 4 tires at once from now on? This doesn't sound right to me.

Yes, unfortunately you can’t just change your rears only even though your fronts have a lot of life left. These cars are so incredibly sensitive
