991.2 TTS > 991.2 GT3 Touring ?
I've just received the offer of a confirmed allocation. Keeping both is not an option and I am deeply torn...
Would you?
Why?

Really depends on how you plan to use the car. I'd probably go for the GT3, personally. MSRP?

Personally the TTS suits my driving style better because I like the ability to get on the throttle early out of corners.
But if I had the ability to get a GT3 now then I would probably take it. Just to drive it for a few weeks. Then if I like it I would keep it. If not, then it won't be hard to get out of without losing money.
FWIW I would get it without the Touring Package.

I am planning to have both, but if picking just one, I'd look at what's a priority - regular driving (Turbo) or occasional driving and/or track (GT3). GT3 is indeed more special to drive but in a narrower range of circumstances. As soon as you go out of that range, it becomes less satisfying than Turbo. Turbo is great all the time. GT3 shines brighter but within a narrow range.
Separately from that there is a question of resale/depreciation - getting GT3 and selling it later if you do not like it would be practically free of cost, given the current state of the market. But since you will need to sell the Turbo to get GT3, this may be a moot point.

I've logged about 3600 mi on the TTS and had logged 15,000 mi on the TT over 3 years.
While I love most aspects of the new TT cars, plus from my signature I'm a Cabriolet guy by nature.... something is lacking in the overall TT/S experience.
Just wish I had room to keep both....

I don't really think people cross-shop these two cars.
Sort of like asking whether you'd rather have a Ferrari 812 or the (upcoming) 488 Speciale.
The answer, of course, is both, but if you had to choose, it really comes down to what you want to do with the car.
GT cruiser? TTS, everyday and twice on Sunday.
Weekend canyon carver and occasional track toy? GT3 Touring.

My 991.1 GT3 was by far the most fun car I've ever owned or driven. Unfortunately, as fun as it was, it was a little high strung and was always egging me on and wanting me to push it and rev it out. Nothing wrong with that but I got a little exhausted having that as my only sports car. I ultimately decided I wanted more low end torque and traded for a Huracan, which had more power but wasn't nearly as agile or as fun to drive. So now I'm trading again, for a TTS cab. Also not quite as agile and fun that drive as the GT3, but it's blisteringly fast and has plenty of torque, as well as not being quite as high strung.
I'm on a wait list for a new GT3 and if I do end up getting a shot at one I will get one to add to my TTS. At this point in my life I don't think I want a GT3 as my only sports car, so given the choice between the TTS and GT3 I'd pick the TTS.
And just my opinion, but if I were getting a GT3 I'd get the regular GT3, not the touring. I don't understand the subdued body with GT3 underpinnings, because there is nothing subdued about the GT3 driving experience. I just don't understand how those two things go together.
