Default Rennline 991.2 Turbo Grills now available!

We at Rennline are pleased to announce that after a long time coming, the 991.2 GTS and Turbo Grills have finally been through the product development stage and are now in production. We are taking preorders, and expect to begin shipping in about 2 weeks’ time. For more info, or to place an order, click here - http://www.rennline.com/Rennline-Radiator-Protection-Grill-Screens

We have developed the 991.2 Carrera Base and “S” grills, but are still looking for a vehicle to do the final test fit on. If you, or somebody you know is willing to bring their car to our facility in Vermont, you/they will receive a free set of installed grills as well as a shop tour. For more on this, check out Brian Wiele’s experience with his GTS here - https://rennlist.com/forums/991/1021...-rennline.html

Here are some pictures of the grille on my car. Sorry for the picture quality of the center grille. Can't seem to get the lighting right. I'm really happy with them. Although I received a complementary set of grilles from Rennline for helping with the test fitting, I also actually had a set of the Zunsport grilles that I had purchased a few weeks prior. For me, I prefer the cleaner lines of the Rennlines over the Zunsport for my car so it was an easy choice for me to stick with the Rennlines. I do understand the appeal for some of not having to remove the bumper to install Zunsport's version though.

Can't tell from the previous pictures above but my car is a 991.2 TTS with the aerokit. It will also work for cars with or without ACC. I have ACC so I just cut out a 4.5" hole in the center of the center grille for the radar pod to go into.

Did you have to cut the center grille for the ACC?
I was told Rennline version does not come with a cutout.

yup. Just use wire cutters to snip the hole out. It was super easy to do.

This is what it looks like behind the bumper with the grilles installed and before the ACC cutout was completed. The grilles are secured with lots of small screws. Installation was pretty straightforward and easy. I think the biggest obstacle for most people will be to build up enough nerves to pull their bumper. It's actually pretty easy to do though.

The front license plate holder is from Skene Design with the long bracket. I had originally ordered it with the short bracket as suggested by their website but it was just too short. They promptly sent me the long one and that worked out great.

Default Cost to install

What should you expect to install the grills on a turbo in southwest US..(e.g. Phoenix)?

Default Cost to install

Let me try that again in a complete sentence.

What would be a install cost for the grills in Phoneix?

Default Ordered!

Ordered. Hook me up, guys!

It asks about parking sensors, which are now integrated into a different part of the front intake, correct? I wish that question was more clear. Same goes for the "center radiator" question. Don't they all have a center radiator?

I am not sure about install cost as it would vary based on the shop but the billing should not be more than an hour for the work. We can do a set in around 15 mins here in the shop but we have done it a few times
Here is a video showing the process of removing the bumper, you can see it is fairly simple!

Thanks! The parking sensors will not change which screen is too be used on the GTS, but as it does affect other 991’s, our site will still ask the question. Not all of the 991.2’s come equipped with the center radiator.

Need center grill for Turbo with ACC cutout.
Don't really want to have to cut grill after purchase!
I think most Turbo/S have ACC...
