Thanks. Yup, I chose not to go with the centerlocks. Didn't want to have to deal with them.
Car has about 800 miles on it now and a R-gear fault just popped up while I was on the way to have the springs installed. There is nothing in the Porsche service system about this so we will have to wait to see what comes of it. Hopefully it won't resurface as anything. Car has not been driven hard at all and from what I've heard, the PDK system is pretty robust.

Any CEL suck. I did the same mods as you and occasionally get a CEL for emissions as i don't have cats. But i keep a $20 code reader in the car and clear it in seconds.

No drone. And if you leave it in normal driving mode "O" you can't really tell a difference from stock when cruising at normal speeds. However, when you put your foot in it.......everyone will hear ya.

Hi Steve,
I second what DC said regarding the sound. When you want to hear a deep throaty rumble with lots of crackle and pops, you go to S mode. S mode is throaty even at idle. In O and S+, it is actually pretty quiet if you drive normally until you slam your foot to the floor. When you go WOT, the car gives off a spine tingling race car wail. The system is pretty awesome. If you drive normally, the car will be pretty quiet. I can drive right by you with foot light on the gas in O mode and you most likely won't even look up. Car has zero drone.

So my first impressions of the TA springs after having driven about 60 miles back home. Damn, it is in "sport chassis" mode all of the time now. I basically lost the softer "normal chassis" mode. Now it is just sport chassis and gangster sport chassis. lol. I probably need to fatten up my bum a bit to help mitigate the increased stiffness that I feel. Hopefully TCP Racing will fix the bugs on their DSC Sport module for the 991.2 so that I could put that on. I'm sure it will help with the increased roughness caused by the new springs.

Just tried putting the DSC Sport V2 module back on. The DSC module actually brought back the normal chassis feel to my TA spring equipt car. Still have to deal with the FAL and sunroof fault though but the ride feels smoother.
