Cold startup question

Cold startup question
I searched for this topic, but wasn't able to find any results. Additionally, there were no great videos on Youtube that I found with a cold startup for the 991 Turbo/S. This is my first 911 I've ever owned, so please forgive my ignorance. Mine is a 991.1 TTS.
- I am having somewhat of a rough idle upon cold startup
- additionally, shifts from 1st -> 2nd is audibly loud and physically felt.
- RPMs fluctuate ~100-200 for around 5 minutes in a pretty warm climate (90^0).
I took it into the dealership, but they said everything looks fine and tested fine. This leads me to have some questions for the group...
1) Does anyone have any videos of a cold startup of their or anyone's turbo that isn't dedicated to their upgraded exhaust?
2) Is this standard operating procedure and I'm being overly sensitive?
Thanks!

It takes roughly one minute on a cold start for my revs to fall to normal operating range (991.1 TTS also), but the revs don't fluctuate much even on cold start. The 1-2 shift sounds odd--is it rough even when shifting in manual mode?
