It's less about exact size and more about keeping be outer diameter the same. If you check up on one of the tire size calculators you can get a size change compared to stock (and front to rear change if you change both sizes). The biggest concern with all wheel drive cars is typically making sure the front to rear ratio isn't way out of line so torque doesn't get pushed to one axle all the time due to perceived slip or what not. I haven't heard a well educated technical discussion of the topic but would be interested to. (Since ours are electronically controlled perhaps Porsche could account for this?)

For reference though the Porsche recommended winter rears are 295s. I haven't checked the size or details since I'm on a mobile and it's a pain, but my guess is since that's ok you're probably ok with your setup as well.

The best choice by far MSC2s at 34 psi cold.
Also I run 265/35, 325/30
