I've been dithering for weeks between a 991 GTS that I ordered and a GT3 that arrived at my dealership a week after the GTS did. Everyone on this board, and several on the 991 board, said "GT3."

Dilemma resolved. I just drove home in the GT3.

White, front end lift, sport chrono, nav/sound pkg plus, fire extinguisher, bi-xenons in black, seat belts and instruments in guards red. And one more option - lightweight sport buckets!

Yes, it came with "the button." It also came with the center lock removal polygon tool. And Dunlops. I don't mind; if I don't like them, they won't last long.

Last but not least -- BELOW (but not much) MSRP. It's my seventh Porsche in seven years from the same dealer, so they do treat me pretty well.

That was my exact situation, I was placing an order for my GTS and I asked the sales person if they had a car in the back that I could see the actual color...... He said yes, so we walked in the back and there it was-on a GT3.
A bell went off in my head saying buy but buy and money came out of my pocket!!!!
I am so glad that I saw the sample of color......otherwise I'd be in a car that after reading these posts I have to switch out of immediately.
You made the right choice, congrats!!!

 

Great choice. Although the GTS in 7MT is pretty awesome looking.

 

You made the obvious decision and after every mile you will be reminded of that fact.

Congratulations. I was set to order a well optioned GTS with aero and my sales rep told me they just received an additional allocation for a GT3. Loaded up, the GTS was only a couple of thousand under the GT3. I opted for the GT3 and am very happy with my choice. As Haku noted the depreciation on the GT3 will be a lot less.

 

Great specs and decision!! Below MSRP is icing on the cake. Enjoy it!
