Canadian GT3RS price has dropped from 340K in early 2017 to 290K, with MSRP of 220-230K.
I was told by my SA that they paid over 300K for these GT3RS... Since he is not fired, I don't believe him.

[QUOTE=Drifting;14239325]Disagree. Next GT3 arrives this fall with same/slighter better engine. next RS arrives next year.
RS prices on common colors will fall to MSRP this year, by the winter at latest.[/QUOTE
I disagree with that, look at 997 RS prices with high mileage still getting over MSRP. GT3 still at over MSRP or at. I really doubt you will see these drop that low.

Prices are definitely trending down the new norm is pricing 230 where months ago 240-250
I would bet if you go see which ones have been sitting for 6 months or more they would take 220
I too was wanting buy an RS but relented and purchased a 2016 gt3 paid msrp w 1200 miles but has sofas
Not too concerned about sofas since this just a temporary hang over fix until next year when .2 comes in
I would guess when .2 start arriving this fall this will put pricing pressure on the RS
At end of the day I would rather pay sticker for .2 with MT than over msrp for an 16 RS
I would imagine if I still want to get an RS I could easily swap a .2 MT for one

2006M5 - No one here has a crystal ball, but I also tend to think the prices will drop slightly by fall/winter, but you're going to miss a good summer of driving. After that the forecast is hazy.

Yes but how many 997 RS did they make compared to 991 RS?
Disagree. Next GT3 arrives this fall with same/slighter better engine. next RS arrives next year.

A lot depends on options, mileage, and color. I think white, lava, silver with some miles will be selling for msrp relatively soon like Jaime said. Low mileage pts will be over msrp probably forever.

The new models are creating an upward pricing pressure for the used models. A 991.1 GT3 went from a $130k+ car to a $200k MSRP car in the 992. So they will get dragged along with each new model. That’s why I don’t think they’ll free fall. Life is short if we’re talking this much money the depreciation hits shouldn’t kill you, but you’ll certainly create some unforgettable memories if you buy one.
