Even though this is a small run for ford, this is by far the largest run multimatic has been a part of. I'm not sure where the bottle neck is but.........ford can air freight chassis and not blink an eye. I hope the car lives up to the delays.

Last time I was in Dearborn regarding the subject, the engine builder in Livonia was still doing engine development. They were making piston material change from Al to Fe to solve high temp issues due to detonation or something like that. I've driven a Red with double white stripe car and it is an awesome car. Normally I don't care for exotics other than the 911 variety and Fords.

Saw and heard the Ford GT racecar in person at the 6h WEC at Spa. Gorgeous car. Awful sound !

This was noted in a recent publication. Biggest complaint was it lacked the intoxicating sound you would get from a V8/V10/V12. I'd still take one.

Gen I and II are prettier cars. Classic GT40. Gen III very edgy and modern in looks. Can't get over the eco boost 6. Still bugs me. GT40 is by history is a V8.

By the time the cars are delivered they will be yesterdays news.
