Default GT3 vs GT2 (RS?) at ring

Long video, but fast forward to 7:07 to see GT3 and GT2 flyby sat the Ring. Nothing new or notable except that same day, same spot comparison is interesting.

GT3 obviously louder.

GT2 definitely carrying more speed.

So much chat about GT3's (and values - zzzzzzz) but I'm a lot more excited about the forthcoming GT2RS, looks a beast! Ran a 997 GT2 as daily driver for 3 years, wish I still had it.

Was in the local McLaren dealer at the weekend and they were keen to take a deposit on 720 for 2018 delivery but until I know which way the wind blowing on GT2 RS allocation, going to hang fire. Not enough pennies for both and would rather have a track-biased GT2 RS to drive tracks like Donington, Silverstone and Spa.

It will be interesting what the MSRP will be. There has been just speculation to this point. If it is $250,000-ish could be interesting but if $300,000-ish I do not know

$1M CONFIRMED...... by fxz.

Guesstimating it's no more than 40%-60% of 991 RS base. Not many weeks left it seems to find out all the details at least.

The 2011 GT2RS had an MSRP of $246k. The new car will need to be almost $300k just to keep pace with inflation...

Yeah, but that car was limited to 500 units for the World. New one will be non-limited (afaik) and price should be below $275k (I think...)
