Rattle/knock from rear of car
#17
I've adjusted the wing/trunk cover twice to no effect. I raised both sides to where the hood was tough to shut.
Any thoughts appreciated, hoping for an easy solution before taking it in. The knock is over bumps, I've checked for loose heat shields, exhaust, drop link/sway bar, brake ducts, harness bar...most of the accessible parts.

Same here, also have that sound..it almost sounds like it's coming from under the carpet/padding where the rear seat would be. I did the same thing, checked my roll bar, all tight and end links seem fine. Definitely not my springs as I upgraded those to the Swift kit.

Porsche checked everything and could’t locate where sound is coming from. Here’s the video attached. Terrible metal sound. Also checked the roll cage bolts and all is super tight.

For those that had this issue, any update as to potential culprits and solution?

I had a EXACT SAME sound on mine ('16 .1 RS)
It end up being one of the rear shock absorbers had failed.
Porsche replaced BOTH under warranty for me.
They also put in the updated springs while they were at it under warranty (the updated springs being the ones with the plastic coating on the upper coils)
Hope that helps
