my attempt at humor failed
mango is NOT FOR SALE
this thread was just chronicling my excellent sunday with cars food and kids and to stop talking about how ppl are NOT driving
their RS
I appreciate this thread... Lately after reading this forum I am terrified my newly acquired GT3 is going to depreciate to nothing and/or blow its engine.... been giving me bad nightmares
If I had a dollar for every time I told my daughter not to drop her hands at the plate, I could buy Mango.
There's an easy drill to cure them of it once and for all. I took my son to a pro instructor and he and I had it gone for good in 4 weeks, working through a soft toss drill. Amazing transformation.

A bit off topic but related -- we took a self defense inside-the-home pistol class recently, and were told it takes most people at least 3000 repetitions to develop muscle memory
mooty - loved your story of your Mr. Mom adventures with your kids, food and Mango. Sounded like a great day!
^ dont worry so much.let the OTHERS worry, we just drive.
today: drove to sonoma raceway for brief visit with CJ
but the REAL REASON for the trip was BBQ on DutchCrunch at Angelo's. great weather to boot.
Came back too late from my OUS trip today, had planned to come by to see bayareandy and others at Sonoma. Those Medellin girls tired me out and I just crashed when got home. Sounds like I missed an interesting day.
Regarding Mango... signal yellow with red brakes and black wheels is gorgeous. No im not wiring funds, just commenting.
My 12 yr old. First scrimmage of the season. Heading to AZ in about three weeks.
Agree re eliminating bat drag.

Seriously, cherish those t-ball moments in their little elastic waist baseball pants. Someday you'll look back on those photos with your boy and recount some special memories.
More seriously, if your son continues to play ball, get him with someone who knows how to hit early, so he can learn to keep his hands high and go straight to the ball. 99% of the kids in little league drop the hands and drag the bat through the zone. The kids who learn early to keep the hands up and on top of the ball are wayyyy better hitters and have a lot more fun with the game.

Makes sense, my son easily hit 3-5000 ***** during that month. Of course, a year later he quit the game to focus on hockey. Kids.
