Cool videos, great to see / hear each production car next to the race version.

Sounds great. Crazy to see the cars going opposite the track line.

 

Corvettes sounded best followed by Porsche (head-on video). Fords sound awful.

 

The Porsches are the only ones that sound different vs. last year.

Ford - Very flatulent honking sound; far from melodious, but quite loud for a turbo

Ferrari - Pretty uninspired; the 488 street car sounds better

Porsche - Sounds like a flat six; I think the GTD cars are actually louder now; the outgoing RSR had a ridiculous bellow in IMSA exhaust spec

Corvette - Raucous thunderclap, but the 5.5L in the old DP cars sounded even better (plus you could see the side pipes spit flames at night)

BMW - Mute and slow; have no place in GTLM

 

Finally watched both without stuttering down load and with sound.
Pretty cool to have been part of.

Need to capture the video's somehow to keep.

 

Offer to swap them your world famous Trakcar telemetry

 

I keep getting errors when I've tried with two different downloading methods. Best might be to contact the Michelin guy who invited you and say you'd like full res versions to keep.

 

I've requested film and photos, would be nice keepsakes.
