Yes, agreed.
Positive displacement superchargers are instant boost compared to turbo or centrifugal supercharger.

Hey Nick Yoskin and PhilT3, since you guys both have your RS's now and Nick has his long tube Fabspeed headers and Phil will have his Dundon long tube headers on soon, I would imagine? I'm thinking we get some real world results with a race between you both since you live not too far form one another. It would give a lot of us on here a chance to see some real world driving results instead of just typical dyno numbers which could easily be manipulated. Come on guys, set this up, best of 3 runs?? I'll even treat you both to lunch of your choice on the day you both race.

Yes, but instant boost on the vette is the same as instant response(max power) on your NA engine,,, just admit it that the driver in this video driving the GT3rs didn't do his job, was asleep maybe?? lol. Rule number one on a street race, never be late, and on a roll race just go early and let them play catch up(there is no flag man or start light) and prove that you jumped, just run again.

100% absolutely! I expect Ill have my headers on in 2-4 weeks.
I want to truly 'feel' the car without them. And I have yet to take her to redline. I've had to to approx 7k so far and I'm at just under 1200 miles. I expect I'll be hitting redline in the next couple weeks. I then want take more time to drive her and get to know the power. My hope is I'll know the stock power well enough so that when the headers go on, it will really be a nice treat of additional power.
