Default GT3 w/Sharkwerks....over 103 decibels?

Possibly looking to plan some track action this year. Does anyone know if a GT3 with Sharkwerks exceeds 103 decibels? That is the limit at High Plains Raceway.

Thank you.

Doubtful. I was sitting around 102 DB at peak with the CMS center muffler delete which is supposed to be one of the loudest... behind an IPE setup and maybe a little louder than GMG.
Sgroer runs the RSS delete which sounds super loud to me in person (louder than Sharkwerks) and he's never had an issue with the 98 db limit at our local track. I had to quick shift by the sensor and part of the reason I'm trying a new option (bbi).

Okay thanks Tony!

Can't imagine that it would exceed 103. I'm 99% sure that 103 is the limit at NCM (Bowling Green KY) and I've only seen a couple of cars fail. They were crazy old NASCAR looking things. Street cars seem to have no issue. I'm sure plenty of people have way more aggressive stuff than Sharkwerks on a GT3.

Rob,
Get the GT3 text thread rocking before you go. No concerns at HPR. The listed 103 is really just to say they "have a limit". There aren't any sound Police at HPR.

I've been down the road of sound reading more times than I care to admit. The weather has a surprisingly large effect on things.

The Shark should be about 101-102 30 feet from the car at 9000 and WOT. Same with the RSS. Both sound great.

The GMG and CMS are louder in the 103-104 range.

I got black flagged once with a Sharkwerks at 103 dB but I was truly hammering the car (it was a friends GT3 )and the weather was dense and cool. I've never seen a Sharkwerks over 103 in any condition.

+1. There are some seriously loud cars that run HPR even during PCA events (straight piped SPB) and nobody cares. Genuinely in the middle of nowhere, only consequence would be to make a cow drop an extra pie.

Will do Jason! Sounds good on the sound limit.
