Default RS bucket seat warmer

My wife loves the buckets in our RS because it holds her well but the cold weather is here. Her Myeloma cancer has hurt her spine and heat is what gives her relief. I install one of these seat warmers and to our surprise it works great. 30-60C or 80-140 degrees of heat and it seems to fit our RS buckets pretty well. Just thought I would share.

Thanks, sorry to drop the C word. Just figure there may be other wives that loves to have heat when ridding in the LWBS.

Good job man! It's great you found something like that. Your priorities are straight.

Thank you all for all the kind words. The device is $40. and available from Amazon. Not sure how long it'll last but so far it is good.

Seems like a good value if it continues to work. Could you install it under the seat cushions?

There is also another option which are these super thin carbon fiber heating element inserts which fit underneath the seat cushion and seat back of the LWB's and are therefore completely invisible. A little more expensive at about $100 but super clean install. On Amazon do a search for "carbon seat heater insert"

I had purchased them and was going to insert them when my pepita covers were being made but then realized it's never cold enough here to use them so I gave them to another rennlister on the gt4 forum.

best wishes for your wife's health.

Best wishes for your wife!

Thanks for posting. Hubby has chronic pain and heat helps. We'll definitely look into this for the LWB's! Great info!
