I didn't like the P Zero's. Noisy and bad wear IMO.

Get what you pay for!! When driving my 1/4 million$ Porsche i prefer the security and confidence i get with the Michelins, the cost of the repairs and down time after you slide off the road, is not worth the $1,000 saved with the P zeros.

I got it, bud! Clearly I'm not opposed to buying value. However, I also do value making an informed decision.

Further to your point, the Cup2 is a STREETABLE TRACK & COMPETITION tire. Whereas the Pirelli is a MAX PERFORMANCE SUMMER tire. So one could make the argument that because their intended use cases are different, that the price point could be / would be also different.

P-zeros suck. Good compromise is the PSS or upcoming PS4. Both cheaper than Cup2's if the monetary component is important.

If the PSS or PS4 come out in the RS sizes I would go with that. The PZeros were lousy pretty quickly. The PSS I have now have plenty of miles and are still performing as if new. Much better than the PZeros. The price savings isn't worth it in my opinion.

Cost is almost always a consideration to some degree. But I also believe that the tires are THE MOST critical 'system' of a vehicle. I just would like to see if there are tires appropriate for street driving.

Get the super sports as they have a wear guarantee 30K font and 15K rear. They work well in the wet.

I do like the PSS's. However I didn't see them in RS sizes. Are you aware of them in RS sizing?

The N1 MPSC2 is the OE tire; there is no reason whatsoever to run any tire other than the OE selection featuring a compound that was developed specifically for the chassis through a collaboration between Michelin and Porsche Motorsport division.
