RFGGT3 - sorry you weren't able to make the deal work. I wouldn't have done that deal either.
Maybe he thought it could be helpful to simply make the RL community aware of an available RS. More so helping us (RL) versus 'helping' the dealer.

Promote ... he posted his dislike for the dealer and will most likely take some heat myself included.
GT3RS is 30k plus used this one is new - add another 60K for PTS.
The dealer is where the market is at - I too tried to purchase the car which may appear crazy but in reality it's the market. Again I think they should have forced a Panam or other car vs a large premium to soften the premium
Special paint on a 2011 RS market is 75 - 125k when I did that search a few years back when I searched for a CGT in PTS it carried a 2 - 400k premium now it's impossible to find a PTS CGT and the premium is 400k+

Seriously. You get a PTS opportunity on a new RS and you do Racing Yellow?! Mental. Unless the goal was, 'hey, let's do a color that noooooooobody else would choose, so it's suuuuuuper rare'. Then again Pontiak Azteks are suuuuuuper rare too.

Maybe if PAG/PCNA wouldn't allow stealers to spec GT cars that would be help. I wonder if these were one of the allocations where this stealer was holding out to get $100k over for and got no takers.
