Default Tail Light fogging '15 991 GT3
Has anyone else experienced this in both rear lights/lenses? Identical fogging left and right.

Common with all new LED tailights. The normal incandescent heat that would evaporate moisture is no longer there. The less energy of the LED has its side effects.

I noticed some in my front LEDs after a car wash and it was gone an hour later. Scared the crap out of me at first.

Agree with all above, it happens every now and then. Outside temps, humidity and car temp from driving and sometimes not even driving will cause this. No need for any concern.
