congrats, that color of interior is stunning. Enjoy the factory. Can't wait for more pics.

On a side note, I was in Germany only an hour from factory at Baden Baden on vacation with the little lady, when by dumb luck my RS went into production. I asked if I could come see my car, DENIED!!! It truly shows the RS is no more a special product then a base Macan in Porsches eyes.

If your car had a bunch of CXX, then you had a better chance of booking a last minute visit to see your car. It takes Porsche 3-5 days to produce a car and your RS is no different. It's produced on the same assembly line as everything else and the schedule on the assembly is very efficient. Letting you see your car will require taking the car off the assembly line and rerouted, which they won't likely do.

Yes, my car was heavily laden with CXX options. Having done Euro Delivery on a few occasions and taken the factory tour several times, I was familiar with the process. I specifically requested if I could see my car was in it was in Customs. I said give me any date and time, I will be there. DENIED!!! I assume that only 918 and R owners are afforded that luxury.

Once my car locked, Porsche Customs basically disappeared and cut off communication - prior to that they were very helpful and attentive. Its a business and they are very busy I am sure.

Again, congrats! Cant wait to see pics. Brewster Green, Silver stripes, brown interior - Classic!
