Hey, I deserve some credit. Been to their P showroom once in 2009 and never again, even before I read usc's posts. Never bought anything from them until Wife walked from house to Fiat and chose one for small errands and house, and then again since first one was too small. For me, in and out just to pay in 15 min each time. Small risk compared to angry wife. Btw, I get to enjoy the Abarth now.

The GSM and Service Director of The Auto Gallery have moved to Beverly Hills Porsche. I was going to BH Porsche due to their prior service director but, with this recent change, I guess I’ll be heading back to Rusnak Pasadena.

Dan (wonders why dealer owners have to muck things up)

its a weird dealer, i tried for years to buy cars there but never could. they will buy your car for cheap though.lol maybe things have changed, see what they have to say. I moved 6 yrs ago, so maybe they have a new group of people running it.

I tried to buy a car from Carlsen, but they ended up selling it for less money to another. Good communication with the sales guy though...lol
