I have some used but perfect condition side bolsters, black with red stitching for sale if anyone wants. Selling current car (Meissen PTS) and have something special coming but will have different color stitching so can't use these. $350 takes them.

SOLD

I ordered a set of Eddie's LWBS with Acid Green stitching. The matched the Porsche Acid Green factory threat color spot on!

I took them with me to Germany when I did my Euro Delivery this year and installed them in the hotel parking lot. Took me about 7-8 minutes per side. The hardest part is getting the leather to fit around the switch cut out, but I used an old gift card and pushed the leather behind the bezel like Matt from Obsessed Garage did. Then it was just getting them nice and snug around the bolster by playing with how much you stretched it and sitting against the velcro.

I'd glad I got them for my Euro Delivery trip as I got in and out of the car more than I would back home for photo stops and when we stopped at different view points. Even after 2300km, the bolster cover themselves looked brand new, no creasing or stretching.

Highly recommended and worth every penny Eddie charges for them!

My 2nd set from Eddie already....best quality I have seen. I have purchased another set from another well known vendor..can't match with Eddie's quality and fitment. When I sold my GT4 back to dealer, it took them 2 weeks after I traded in the car to find out that I actually had the protectors on the LWB. The feel of the leather and the craftsmanship are just like from OEM.

And Eddie is the friendliest and most professional guy to deal with..

Ditto your feelings about Ed and his bolster protectors! I am super happy with them on my Touring as well.. enough for me to order the Houndstooth inserts. Are yours from Ed as well?

Beautiful interior by the way!

Wanted to leave a quick note here to show appreciation and support for Ed -- at a later point I also intend to post some pics to show the quality of the work here.

I ordered three sets of these from Ed. One in Lava Orange, one in Lizard Green, and one in Acid Green.

Got these in this past weekend and had them installed. I swear, I cannot tell that they aren't OEM straight off the assembly-line this way. The quality is top notch and perfectly matches the leather and stitching of the seats.

Also, these covers are padded, though you don't notice that if you didn't check beforehand -- the padding helps with the durability, and with sliding your butt into the seat.

If anyone has any questions about this product, don't hesitate to reach out. I gain absolutely nothing from supporting Ed other than supporting a fellow Rennlister who's passionate about Porsches, and about protecting his own LWBS as much as mine.

I went with the French seam. At the time I ordered in 2016, I recall Ed said that the majority of people chose that option. Love it and it looks OEM perfect. No regrets.
