I added a set of satin black PORSCHE BBS mag wheels this week. Love the upgrade. It changes the road feel quite a bit, and I was pleasantly surprised.
Nice! Is that your first set of "R" tires or have you used those with aluminum rims too? If not, maybe part of the difference is from the gummy rubber. How would you describe the difference?

Yes, first set of R's...but you can tell instantaneously when initially driving off (unrelated to tires, I would think) - steering lightness is noticeable. I was shocked. Even before the tires heat up you can feel it but yes, you are correct, once the tires heat up (in the canyons) the tires also were a noticeable difference. I am excited to spend more time getting additional feedback and experience with the combo. Definitely reinvigorated the car for me.
