Wish everybody had the self-control to never pay over MSRP for a new car, and that crap wouldn't exist. But as long as people keep doing that, dealers and others will keep figuring out how to take advantage of them.
It would unfortunately still exist. They would just jack the MSRP up. More buyers than cars.
