i guess dual mass.
a friend of mine cancelled the single mass flywheel option - based on a production delay of 2 month if keeping it in. he should get his one in around 14days...

Figo Dante, non ne vedrai tante per strada in Italia immagino. Sulle strade dei laghi poi, è' fatta proprio per quelle.

Thanks for sharing your experience with a rare ride. The imagery is clear in your description that they de-engineered (if you will) the car to feel retro and not just look it. Very cool.

Many thanks guys!!!

Jon H, JDHERTZ11, Jo_Ker, it is Lake Maggiore.

CAlexio…si è perfetta per scorribande su queste strade

C.J. Ichiban, white was not an option for me since I already have a 997 RS 4.0 and a 991 RS in this color so I was looking something different, a part this I do believe GT silver fits perfectly this car…as I thought the first time I saw a GT silver 991 GT3 in the flesh.
The 911R should have deserved a wider color choice, I think ultraviolet could have been epic instead of the other three “special” colors that I was offered. If allowed to PTS I would have chosen viper or slate.

Ferrarisimo, Jo_Ker, it is dual mass since light weight flywheel will be available just with october (or november) production.
I’m happy with my choice because this is a street car and I think it must be enjoyable on the road…the pleasure of listening just at engine voice at idle without single mass rattling, a linear declutching with no effort at all, the absence of vibrations contribute massively to the daily driving pleasure of this car. For more unfiltered and hardcore sensations I’m lucky enough to own a 997 4.0 which I wouldn’t swap for anything else.
