Default PCM time

Picked up GT3 RS yesterday in Philadelphia. I drove home to Cincinnati via Pittsburgh and Cleveland. I ended up putting 700 miles on it. It's fantastic even limiting the revs to 4000rpms while I break in the engine. Love the reduced weight vs my 2012 Turbo S, the engine sound and improved PDK. Could do without the silly cloth door handles. I was reluctant to get a white one. Now I'm thrilled I did.

One thing is making me crazy. The time on the PCM is about 10 1/2 hours different from the time for the rest of the car. I couldn't find anything about resetting the PCM time in the manuals. I searched Rennlist and found others who'd had this issue. They set the time in the car to the time on the PCM. Afterwords they reset the time again and it resolved the problem. It didn't work for me. Resetting the PCM system didn't help. Anyone have any ideas?

Finally figured it out after I did a Google search. The answer was in a Macan forum. The date was off in my system. I'm not sure why that would make my clock something like 10:23 off, but the problem is solved.

Sounds like the car was just homesick.
