This.
You've been reading too many posts on rennlist. You shouldn't be caring about value and miles. It's a kick *** car, drive it.
You have a job where you make money, your car hobby isn't it. For some reason you now think it is...

Couldn't agree more.....I'm am more and more thinking I could have a mental deficiency or just am not smart. I have no idea why so many take so much time to make a purchase then spend rest of lives trying to figure out excuses on how not to depreciate it. The Porsche market we have had (it's slowly eroding as recent auctions are showing the signs) has messed sensible people up? Buy the damn car, drive the damn car, whatever happens just happens! This isn't a wealth management forum...it's a GT3 forum? In fact the closest it gets to anything money related should be "who's the best at destroying wealth in car market"!! I might win this!!!! If op wants to DD GT3 do it who cares about miles. If you don't then don't but for the love of Pete please please end these stupid value/depreciation/market discussions because it seems it's the only thing that keeps popping up? Now excuse me.... I'm going to go take one of my cars out and add 20k miles real quick and go rub paint with someone else's car so it can be the opposite of "concours"condition and fulfills my quest to make my cars worthless!!!!!!

I notice that the majority of guys buying these cars, don't have the time or place to drive them.
Either work, family or both keep them from doing what they always thought they would do once they bought their dream car. -Drive the **** out of it.
So now, they sit in garages like trophies, and the new hobby is speculation. Because that can be done on the computer after work or when everyone else in the house is sleeping.
Sad

the logical choice would be to sell the 2015 GT3.
With a RS in the garage you will forget all about the red GT3. They are basically the same car. No need for both.
(You should get top dollar for your GT3 to help offset the RS purchase.)
The 2015 C4S is an excellent ALL WEATHER daily driver. go put some miles on it. Is it PDK?

Thanks for all the insight, I was hoping for such a response to get a large variety of opinions.
My SUV is a Suburban, I have a huge family that I haul around. plus it's the tailgate vehicle for football, so it's not going anywhere.
As a previous post noted, my 4S is kinda the jack of all trades -- good all weather car. Plus I drive the crap out of it and don't worry about where I park it, if it's covered in dirt, ect ect-- if I DD'd my GT3 there's no way I could do that. For example, I recently drove the 4S 4000 miles in one month.
I'm just having a hard time saying goodbye to that GT3, it's a killer car. It's encouraging to hear others say the RS is that much better though.

I was going to say that but figured getting rid of the RS was not an option for the OP. Stones won't be coming from my direction!
