I had a typo... Lol. It's 6 15/16.

Can someone measure the gap from the bottom of the door to the bottom of the decal? Mine, besides being too short, looks a skosh high. thanks.

Sgroer, when you can, take a measure from the end of the wing to the upper part of the left side of the P of Porsche.in way to understand where to put the decal

Thanks

I think you must stay lower a bit...the original seems to be 3/4"

The car is at ppf for a while. Full wrap. I can ask the ppf guy to measure. I'll have it tomorrow.

So finally yesterday i was able to put on the decals.

thanks to all you guys that help me also via PM for the right measurements.

they are not yet 100% like the original ones, but we are near the perfection..Chris of carreradecals is still working but we are not far.

The thing i don't understand is why Porsche doesn't whant to sell us the original set, really i tried all and my dealer too,Porsche Exclusive in Germany etc. but nothing, like to find gold.

but...here some pics

for the first time i made this kind of work,i think the result is not so bad,i have my legs broken but looking at the car i feel better..haha

Looks great. The black decals really go well with the other black features and I think balances the car out. I hope they looks this good on silver. You may have sore knees but you probable saved over $2000.

Now we can tell our cars apart - as I don't have the side decals The wing decal looks identical to my factory ones and it cost me $800!

Congrats and nice work staying with it to arrive at a perfect reproduction of OEM.
