R8 v10 to 2015 GT3

Took me nearly 4 months to think the GT3 sounds good (forget the R8 sound). It does sound wicked, but that's how nice the V10 sounded to me.
Congrats on the new GT3!

Had chance to drive the New R8 V10 plus on track, albiet following an instructor....
Much more improved over the older generation ( i had the V8). interior is 2 steps up and sound is great ( V10).
still wouldn't change my GT3 for one though for the track.
im not sure if this was just an issue with my car but all the way through 4th gear ( around 160km/hr) the car is struggling for traction with the traction control flickering

If Audi's goal with the new R8 was to make it look less like a super sportscar and more like the Audi TT, they succeeded. I'm a big Audi fan, but I think, while they consistently made the R8 a better car with each iteration, it's lost a little bit of it's style each time. IMO, now it just looks like another Audi in the lineup, where in the past it really looked like a special car.

I saw an orange V-10 plus at Daytona at the Rolex and thought it was gorgeous. I'm sure its less visceral than the GT cars but man the reviews show its fast as **** and I thought it looked great. The carbon diffuser on the Plus is awesome looking.

Saw a V10+ in Nardo Grey at the NY Auto show last year. Rearly disappointed with it and I was there on the basis I was going to order the updated version. Looked very dull, think the RS5 looked better.
