I was going to say "Chingada and in Gulf Livery too" but your quip is 9 times better than mine. Too bad this car is going to have a water salvage title from now on! But that won't stop the dealer from cleaning it up, the car, and trying to sell it for exactly what they were trying to sell it before.

Seems like he would have had to have left it in neutral and gotten out. If left in park now at would that roll by itself into the lake. Reports say it wasn't driven in by mistake but rolled. Since the doors are closed I would say this is likely.

The E-brake comes on when the door is open and in gear....... I guess it does not when the door opens and is in neutral.
