How about black calipers with Acid Green text? Not too "loud" as yellow or acid, but a nice exclusive touch for a special car.

While changing the color of the caliper is a cool idea, you might want to check how much CXX that would cost you. Previously on a 918 owner that was about $6K per caliper back in the days. Exclusive did very nice job on the Turbo S "Exclusive Series."

Here's Birch Green (pretty close to Acid Green) with Speed Yellow calipers.

To paint a GT2RS brake calliper from the factory is a US 20k option and only if you are on the very very very very important client list. Outside of the Porsches and Piechs, I have only know 1 individual from the Middle East that had gotten the invite to paint theirs. In black.

20k for coloured calipers WTF

Porsche should offer a CF key for 3k, a titanium key for 5k and a solid gold key for $50k. They would sell boatloads

With regards to production numbers. #1000 cars worldwide has been floating around the internet, social media and here on Rennlist. Any truth to this?

That is a crazy extravagance. Aftermarket painting for a fraction of money would do just as well. Or an upgraded brake kit in the desired color. But I can understand Porsche - they just want to say "No" but are trying to be polite about it :-).

Hope all is well Whoopsy. I was going by what was shared with me that it cost $6K per caliper as I inquired when I saw this 918 Spyder that had a CXX option on his caliper and his 918 is painted "liquid Metal Chrome Blue" which is stunning in person. All done from the factory. You might even know him.

Liquid Metal Chrome Blue

Calipers painted in the same 918 color scheme

No no no if I change the color, it s my dealer who will paint it. He ask me 1500 euros for the 4 !
I don t want to put 20 k dollars for the caliper s color 😂
